SUCCESS STORY OF RAMZIAH FADOOL

Ramziah is 52, married with three children, and lives in Peki’in

She participated in the Eshet Chayil Program

Ramziah heard of Eshet Chayil while working as a caregiver in a nursing home, and joined in the hope of changing direction and acquiring a new profession. She took part in workshops, completed a process of self-empowerment, and then decided she wanted to learn reflexology. While in the program she also wrote an employment plan and received a scholarship. Today she runs her own reflexology clinic, and continues to work with the elderly.

“My profession is quite unusual – at my age and in my community. I’m well aware that this new direction was made possible thanks to Eshet Chayil.”

Eshet Chayil gives mothers from traditional communities the tools to advance professionally and overcome cultural and societal barriers.
